New Board Members Take Office for 2019

Four new members elected, one re-elected to the ranks

During the first quarter 2019 Board Meeting of the PURE Oil Jobbers Cooperative, which immediately followed the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting in Mobile on March 25, the recently elected Board Members joined the ranks of the 2019 PURE Co-op Board.

Election results from the end of the year 2018 included: Clayton Hooks winning the seat from District 1, Greg Ridenour winning the set from District 2, Chris Almond joining the Board from District 4, and Rodney Brown coming on board representing District 5. Steve Perry was re-elected in District 3. Also, Martha McPherson is new to the PURE Board, filling a vacated seat for District 1.

The Nominating Committee Chair, Lynn Keffer, presented the slate of officers for 2019: John Fair will serve as President, Rex Jones will serve as Vice President, newly elected Board Member Clayton Hooks will serve as Treasurer, while recently re-elected Board Member Steve Perry will serve as Secretary.
